Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These general terms of use (Terms) define the conditions of access and use of the Skilzy platform, published by LIDEO LLC. By creating an account or using the service, on the web or in the mobile app, you accept these Terms.

2. Service Description

Skilzy is an artificial intelligence training platform. It offers interactive and gamified programs, accessible via web browser and mobile app (computer, tablet, phone).

Skilzy includes an AI Lab that lets users generate content (images, videos, music, voice, text) using artificial intelligence models, and share these creations via public links. Use of these tools is governed by sections 6 and 7 below.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is free. Users can register via Google OAuth or email (sign-in code). Users agree to provide accurate information. Each account is personal and cannot be shared.

4. Service Access

Access to the first module is free. Access to subsequent modules may require a paid subscription or B2B license. LIDEO LLC reserves the right to modify access conditions with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

All of the platform's educational content (texts, exercises, images, code, program structure) is owned by LIDEO LLC. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive right of use. Any reproduction or redistribution of this content is prohibited.

Content that users generate through the AI Lab (images, videos, music, voice, text) belongs to them, within the limits allowed by the terms of the underlying AI models and by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for the content they generate, upload and share, and warrant that they hold the necessary rights to any material they provide as input (photos, reference images, voice, text).

6. Generated Content and Sharing

The AI Lab lets users create content and share some of it via public links. When sharing content, the user makes it accessible to anyone who has the link.

Users may remove shared content at any time, which makes the link immediately inaccessible. Any publicly shared content may also be reported by anyone, without an account, via the report button shown on the sharing page.

Users agree not to generate, upload or share any content depicting an identifiable real person without their explicit consent, including as a montage or imitation (deepfake).

7. Objectionable Content: Zero Tolerance

Skilzy enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users. It is strictly prohibited to generate, upload or share content that is:

• sexually explicit, and in particular any content involving or depicting minors;
• inciting hatred, discrimination or violence against a person or group;
• violent, degrading, or glorifying violence or illegal acts;
• harassing, threatening or defamatory;
• depicting a real person without their consent;
• infringing the intellectual property rights of others;
• deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to cause harm.

Any content that is reported and found objectionable is removed within a maximum of 24 hours. The account responsible for such content may be suspended or deleted without notice. LIDEO LLC reserves the right to report any illegal content to the competent authorities.

A reporting mechanism is available on every publicly shared piece of content, including without being signed in.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass security or moderation measures, and to respect other platform users.

9. Limitation of Liability

LIDEO LLC makes every effort to maintain the service accessible and functional. However, no guarantee is given regarding continuous service availability. LIDEO LLC cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to service use, nor for content generated by users.

10. Termination

Users can delete their account at any time. LIDEO LLC reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms, in particular section 7.

11. Modifications

LIDEO LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of significant modifications. Continued use of the service following modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
