General Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Identification

These general conditions of sale (Conditions of Sale) are concluded between LIDEO LLC, publisher of the Skilzy platform, and any individual or entity that subscribes to a subscription or purchases a license via the website skilzy.io. For any questions, contact us at contact@skilzy.io.

2. Purpose

These T&Cs set out the conditions applicable to the sale of Skilzy individual subscriptions (Starter, Pro and Power plans) and professional licenses (Solo and Pro packs). They apply to any order placed by a user (the « Client ») from the site. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products and Services

Skilzy offers individual subscriptions for consumers and professional license packs for training organizations and companies:

• Individual subscriptions: access to all e-learning programs and to the AI Lab (chat, image, video, voice, music), with an allocation of AI credits renewed at each billing period. Three plans are offered, Starter, Pro and Power, differing in AI credit volume and included features.
• Solo Pack: monthly per-learner licenses providing access to all e-learning programs, with built-in AI tools (AI credits included) and centralized management by the organization's administrator.
• Pro Pack: everything in the Solo pack, plus unlimited live group classes led by qualified trainers and enhanced support.

Product features are described on the sales pages of the website. The Customer acknowledges having reviewed the essential information before placing an order.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Current prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order:

• Individual subscriptions: the Starter plan is offered at €7.90 incl. VAT per week, €29.90 per month or €299 per year; the Pro plan at €12.90 per week, €49 per month or €490 per year; the Power plan at €49.90 per week, €199 per month or €1,990 per year, all incl. VAT. Each subscription is billed in advance and renewed by tacit renewal at the end of each period until cancellation.
• Solo Pack: €49 incl. VAT per license per month, billed monthly by tacit renewal until cancellation.
• Pro Pack: €99 incl. VAT per license per month, billed monthly by tacit renewal until cancellation.
• The details of the services included in each pack are displayed on the Pricing page.

LIDEO LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Modifications apply only to new orders and do not affect ongoing subscriptions.

5. Order and Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via our secure provider Stripe, Inc. LIDEO LLC does not collect or store any banking data. The Customer guarantees having the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method. The order is validated after payment confirmation by Stripe.

Once the order is validated, the Customer receives a confirmation email and immediately accesses the platform content. Invoices are accessible from the subscription management area (Stripe portal).

3-day trial period. Subscribing to an individual plan may open a three (3) day trial period. Registering a payment card is required to benefit from it: no amount is charged during the trial, and the first payment is taken automatically at its end, at the price of the chosen plan, unless the Client cancels before that date. The trial is limited to one per person; a new subscription by a Client who has already used it results in immediate payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer consumer has fourteen (14) days from contract conclusion to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Exception provided in article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code: the Customer expressly acknowledges that by accessing paid content immediately after payment, they request immediate service execution and waive their right of withdrawal. This waiver is materialized by the checkbox "I accept the Conditions of Sale and waive my right of withdrawal" during checkout.

If the Customer has not yet consumed paid content at the time they exercise their right of withdrawal (within 14 days), a full refund will be granted within 14 days. To exercise this right, the Customer sends a written request to contact@skilzy.io.

7. Duration and Cancellation

The subscription is entered into for an indefinite term with tacit renewal at each period (weekly, monthly or yearly). The Client may cancel at any time from the management area (Stripe portal) or by writing to contact@skilzy.io.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (end of the week for a weekly subscription, end of the month for a monthly subscription, end of the year for a yearly subscription). No refund is due for the remaining period, except through a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal (see article 6).

B2B licenses are monthly licenses: each license is concluded for a period of one (1) month with tacit renewal. The professional Customer may adjust or cancel their licenses at any time from their administration space; the change takes effect at the end of the current monthly period.

8. Service Access and Availability

LIDEO LLC commits to providing all necessary care for quality service delivery. The service is accessible 24/7, except for maintenance interruptions or force majeure events. LIDEO LLC cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond its control (network outages, hosting provider incidents, etc.).

9. Legal Warranties

The Customer consumer benefits from legal warranties of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). To assert these warranties, the Customer contacts contact@skilzy.io.

10. Liability

Skilzy is an educational tool. LIDEO LLC does not guarantee obtaining a specific result (employment, certification, remuneration) following service use. LIDEO LLC's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, up to the amounts actually paid by the Customer in the last 12 months.

11. Personal Data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Customer can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability by writing to contact@skilzy.io.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Conditions of Sale are subject to French law for Customers residing in France and applicable European legislation for Customers residing in another EU Member State.

In case of dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact LIDEO LLC at contact@skilzy.io to seek an amicable solution. Absent agreement, the Customer consumer may freely resort to a consumer mediator or file a complaint with the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Modifications of Conditions of Sale

LIDEO LLC reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable Conditions of Sale are those in effect on the day of order. Substantial modifications will be notified to the Customer by email with reasonable notice.
